[Gmecm] burn the eprom 2732 with usdu bin

You might want to update your burner software to V6.13...with the willem 
burner, you've got to have an additional power source to burn a 2732 
properly...

Start with the lower voltages like 27C32 B (12.7V VPP), if failure--try 
27C32A (21V) and finally 27C32 (25V).
