[Gmecm] burn the eprom 2732 with usdu bin

I use alcohol on my PSOP socket, only way often to get a solid connection.
Keeping it wet.  If you can get it, 99% alcohol is best.  Not sure if
non-commercial it is very easy to get.

But I have had stubborn parts too.
