If it's a 4L60E, you might wish to fiddle with the transmission shift
and TCC lockup behavior, and possibly tune the shift firmness as well
(if the ECU supports the latter; I know some did in 1995).

I, for one, have noticed huge drivability gains to tuning those very
parameters on my 1998 L31 5.7L Suburban... huge. It was such a dog with
the OEM tune; it's much more light-on-its-feet now.

Hey fellas . I see a lot of threads on lately about tuning. I'd like to
interject a question. I am working on a transplant. A 93 LT1 into a
Monte Carlo SS. While there is a lot of activity here I thought I might
get the best answer. Will I need to do any tuning to have good
drivability and performance, will the weight difference in the cars
create a need to tune differently. ?? Thanks. Tim
