[Gmecm] 74 Spitfire project update

I favor the DIS for mechanical/electrical reliability (no dizzy contacts) but
make sure the box has a good?electrical ground common to the ECM, I've fought
problems in the OEM installs due to poor DIS grounding that would drive a man to
drink even when?not thirsty ;)
