If this is the case, then I can just intercept the signal to the speedometer at the IP and use it direct for the 749!

All of the Fieros from 84 to 88 with manual or automatic transmission 
used a 4000ppm magnetic VSS sensor. The speedometer card converted this 
to 2000ppm for the ECM.
