[Wbo2] everything checked out good but still doesn't work.

I think My heater circuit working OK
LED comes bright after 3-4 minute also it goes out very short time like 1/10 sec when my fan starts.expect it steady on..

but i can't set free air reading(4V)
because I have L2H2 sensor I installed 20K pot and some resistor instead of cal resistor..
but I can only adjust from 3.5V to 3.6V even I add more resitor(40Kohm) still I get 3.61V.
my cal resitor on the sensor is 1kohm.
I follwed check list and everything was good.
I don't know what to do now..
