Turbo Lag

I just remembered another neat technique for getting rid of turbo lag: nitrous!
You inject nitrous for less than a second when you hammer the throttle. The
effect is a juge increase in exhaust gas, so the turbo spins right up. By
limitting yourself to one second on the gas, it lasts a long time, and doesn't
turn your pistons into puddles.
