EEC-IV Questions

Depends on how old your EEC-iv is. I recall that the later ones
provided that sort of information when coupled to an SBDS rig (go
see your local dealer and ask to see his Service Bay Diagnostics
System). I'm not too sure on the availability of SBDS rigs in the
U.S., but I'd guess you'd be hard pressed to get the required
information on the comms protocol on the SCP link, let alone the
message/packet formats and security codes from FOMOCO unless you
were a real dealer ...... 

So I guess the answer to your question is Yes with the above
