V-8 to V-6 Tack conversion

Hi Bruce and all 

The tach GM uses is a LM1819 driven air core meter
The national special devices book shows the schematic.
There is a resistor pack which is different for v6 or v8 apps
Just change the resistor for what you guys need.
Also handy info if you ever have to fix tach
