Mmmmmm. '69 Cougar.... nice car! anyway....
I'm at work now.. I'll post again tonight when I get home where I have the
company name and number written down. I've already called them and talked
about the manifold. Its a custom made aluminum single plane intake which
comes with the fuel runners... they've done extensive testing with the design
and it can support over 1100 horses!!! Its about $700 just for the manifold
and runners. The man I spoke to said they've produced about 100 so far for
various applications, mostly people putting Clevelands in late 80s mustangs.

The intake looks like a carb/tbi intake (I've got a picture. If I get a
chance to scan it later, I'll post it at http://24.128.44.56/mustang/intake)
When I called the company I inquired about the design of the intake and they
said it was specifically designed for port injection. Apparently the
injectors are strategically located and the flow patterns of the manifold
itself is specifally designed for this type of injection. It can take upto a
90mm throttle...

Where did you get the system you are working with now? Did you just pull it
from a mustang? My main problem is that I'm "new" to the EFI world and have
no idea what is needed to get a system to work... sensors.. computer
modules... wiring... etc...

later,
Jay
