Fuel pump questions

Been driving the car for about 3 years, and oh 25-30,000 miles. 
Since the initial plumbing/elect gremlins been fine.  Have just
spent time dialing it in since.  No vapor problems, in the hot
summer sun,long non-stop cruises (300 miles at a strech), if
garaged for a few days in hot weather the fumes don't build up.
My only fuel related problem in the past few years was having
to seal the gas cap better, in a long sweeping turn I could
stack the fuel up so that it would go up the filler tube, and
out past the cap.
