2.8L/3.1L AND 3.8L FWD same bellhousing pattern?

I've spent tons of time on the phone with CARB. Very reasonable people
actually. Tom Angle of CARB said I needed to stick with a manual tranny
engine and system to get certified. He thought the 5.0/57L idea was great,
but didn't want to drive it..........
So the 3.8L idea is dying for the manual X-11. Maybe later on my
automatic.....
The 3.4L pushrod is starting to have possibilities. And they wouldn't need
to know.
So anyone have a 3.4L FWD pushrod block?
