2.8L/3.1L AND 3.8L FWD same bellhousing pattern?

Sunfire I believe... I'll have to ask a friend of mine - he's the one who
tipped me to the combination.  I just didn't realize the 3.0 and the 3.8
were so similar (okay, nearly identical).  Well, before I continue this
thread, let me make a phone call and verify that I had the story straight.
