Modifying 94-95 Acura Integra OEM ECUs

Does anybody on this list have any experience doing this?  If so, please
drop me a note.  I'm wondering how I would go about changing the fuel
curves, timing curves, and fuel cut-off point without paying somebody to
do it.  If this is impossible without expensive equipment, then what
would be the most economical route to having control over the timing and
fuel cut?  There is a device called the SFC-Hyper that intercepts the
MAP sensor signal and allows modification of it to richen or lean the
fuel curve.  I'm not sure whether I should get this unit to modify the
fuel curve, and another unit to modify ignition and fuel cut.... or to
get a full blown programmable EFI system like a Haltech E6A, E8 (when is
this due out???), Accel DFI, or a similar system.  Any advice would be
appreciated.  Thank you.
