control algorithm for MAF setup

Hokay, the guy doing the output board is done with the injector part so
I can start playing. The Ford MAF appears to be sensitive enough to use
for full range all the way down to idle - with it hooked to a DVM, the
motion from someone walking by is enough to read on the display. So I'm
looking at a simple three-element array, kg/sec fuel, kg/sec air. Since
I'm not using a catalytic convertor I don't want stoich - most
references show something like 16.5:1 (lean) as optimal for economy, HC,
and NOx for non-cat operation at cruise. The third element of the array
would be WOT A/F ratio. I have plenty of RAM to play with, and it'd
allow a little more flexibility than a hardwired richen factor.

That means I won't be using the O2 sensor other than as a check for
some sort of fuel system failure at WOT, since I'll always be lean at
cruise and rich at WOT. I might be better off watching EGT.
