Injectors

Hi all 
I now it has been asked before but I cant find the information in the
archives or in my old Turbo Mags.

1St I would like to calculate the size of injector to use on a engine based
on the expected HP output.
2nd is there some where on the net I could find the flow rates of Bosch
injectors without buying a technical paper from Robert Bentley.
