89 prom

Hi All

        First thanks for the hints on the ford, will check items this week.


        Next, following Tom's lead on 92 prom - found checksum routine in 89
prom starting at c76c. Traced to sub routine to add up compare valve at f467
thur f492. The sub routine adds valves of c008 thur ffff into register y.
The checksum routine looks at valve of c008, if AA bypasses testing on moves
on, if 6e compares valve in reg y to valve at c006,c007. If correct will
proceed with program. Will look at Mark's 87 files - hopefully figure out
what is being done. Try to post in week or two.


        Does anyone have dump of 89 prom - want to compare against mine.
