Fuel return line

The purpose of the return line is to allow the fuel pressure regulator on
the efi setup to pass the extra fuel somewhere. The fuel tank is a logical
choice since the bulk of the fuel is there, and its not a pressurized
container. Generally.

Feeding the return line to just before the fuel pump draws from generally
can cause some cavitation in the fuel line post-fuel pump as the tank draw
mixed with the post regulator ::crash:: in the line. Just spilling it into
the tank is cleaner.

Also, fuel line is pretty cheap :)
