Jeep 4 litre HO - modify your manifold and go to it.
By the way, it's not an F head engine, or what do you mean by F type?.
In reality, it is a slightly modified and modernised Chevy stove-bolt
engine - like the early Econo-Flame 235 used in early fifties chevies -
was originally made under licence from GM, no less.
