Neon Challenge

SCCA actually has a class naimed Chrysler "Neon Challenge".  Nothing wrong
with it.  Just doesn't excite me for some reason. (Maybe because in college
I drove a Plymouth Reliant, which was reliable (Reliant?), but certainly
not the king of handling or acceleration.  I put a turbo on mine, and it
helped somewhat.
