Humidity, Smokey's vapor engine and other ramblings

 Lets not confuse absolute humidity with relative humidity.  A cool spring
evening, say 50 degrees F could have 90% relative humidity but in ablosute
terms this would be less water vapor in the air than a 90 degree day with
50% relative humidity.  The cool evening would make more power both because
the temperature is lower and there is less water vapor in the air.
