Let the intercooler cool the hottest dry air, the hotter the intercooler
the more heat it will reject. Inject water into the ports so it can enter
the cylinder as a liquid to leave room for more air. Then raise boost until
the crankshaft blows out the bottom of the block, back off 1 psi.
