All I have to say on the power dissipation thing is that I have mucho
experience with comercially available products by Bendix that were used on
Caddy's of the mid-late 70's...and they were firing ~1.5 ohm injectors in a V8
configuration, 4 to a batch, and god for ~5500 rpm's
ran like a top....good design with no really noticeable heat given off by either
injectors or heatsink on computor.....
Same with later say 7730 design...using ~16 ohm injectors....
BTW I have read coments that the ~16 ohm injectors may not fire reliably at -40
or so air temp.....Well, GM sells cars in Canada, don't they, and others also
use ~16 ohm injectors....GENE
