Mazda Turbo/ Holiday h*lp

Paul,
I have heard of the rare rebuild of the rotary mazda engine, but the
dealerships don't even undertake this task... They replace the assembly and 
ship the old one back to the factory.  My father attempted a rebuild of one
at his shop, and they never could get the apex seals to seal once they put
it together.  They followed all the proper procedures and had to invest in
some special (read *EXPENSIVE* ) tools to undertake this.
