I checked output of snap_on scan tool for 1996
one time I recorded 41.6Kb with 256 byte packet on K line.
initialization seems to be a 20ms pulse.
The foreign Chrysler 95 CA  -96  is 9141 and J1979 as required by 
law.  The interface and code are published in detail.
Write to Chrysler and demand the codes.
