Bruce Bowling has changed jobs and therefore has a new email address (bbowling at earthlink.net). He tried to resubscribe to this list and received a message that it was now a closed group and he would have to be 'approved'. I don't think anyone will object to Bruce re-subscribing, but how is this handled ? -Al Grippo
