don't know where you can get one
but you can make one from 2 magnetic sensors at opposite ends of the shaft
the phase difference between the 2 sendors will change with the amount
od load on the shaft
since this works like a spring or torsion bar the relationaship is not
linear with displacement, more like a cube function
