As far as I understand, this is not how MSD works. I was under the impression
that the MSD basically 'rang' the coil at about 1khz mark space until the
ignition window of about 35 degrees had run out. Above about 4000 rpm there is
not enough time to 'ring' the coil more than once, so above this RPM, there is
NO mulitple sparfk!!!
