Ok, how is your engine temp sensor?  Do you have a scan tool?  What does
it read?  If it thinks the engine is very cold, it will make it quite
rich. 

What does you MAF read?  Does it run better if the MAF is unhooked?

I suppose that they could be bad fouled by now.  Pull out the plugs
and take a look.

No, you don't have a burned driver, as all eight would not fire.  There
is only one driver in your ECM.  Yes, two banks, but connected to one 
driver...
