I'm scanning my 95 GM PCM!

What sort of scanner hardware and software are you using?   Is it backwards
compatible with some of the older GM (ALDL) OBDI  applications?  I'd be
curious to know.  Does it support bi-directional communications/control
between a laptop and the PCM?...................
