Mike,

Give Digi-Key a call at 1-800-344-4539.  They are a great mail order
house for all kinds of electronic parts.  I looked in their catalog and
the LM1949 is not listed but a LM1950 is.   Ask them if they can get the
1949 and how much would they cost.
