TBI manifold on OLD heads

Woops!  Forgot to add that I'd do it differently the next time.  I'd
drill out the threads in the heads, drive some plugs in (with green
loctite on them), and set up a drill press to drill the holes at the
correct angle for the manifold.  Yup, it's more work.
