No chance there. The dealer system runs $25K and is HP/Win'95/proprietaryfor
the OBDII systems.  The pre OBDII handheld diagnostic units run about $2k.
I remember hearing of a PC system out there that someone was working on that
would access 'Rover.  At the time (2 months ago) they were looking for the
proprietary code info.
