I made 3  last year for  German emission control  for cars with
no O2 sensor.  The demand not to great.  It has provisions  
to offset stock aiflow setting at any airflow point by eeprom lookup
or a 16 pt adaptive feedback, rs232, several voltage and digital 
inputs, at price range less than typically above.
