Here's something you guys might be interested. It's a web-based free magazine
which is being put together by Julian Edgar.

Any Australian who has read a performance magazine will have heard of him.
This is what he is doing now that Zoom has been sold (and by the looks of things
gone done the gurgler as well).

So, read below, checkout the site and register if it sounds good to you.
It sounds good to me.

AutoSpeed, my new web-based magazine, is now about 3 weeks away from being
launched. You can register an interest in subscribing to the magazine at
http://www.autoweb.com.au

The first issue of AutoSpeed will have 20 full features, with another six
being added EVERY WEEK. Stories will include feature cars, DIY tech, product
tests, columns and special features.

Viewing the magazine (and printing out parts of it if you wish) will be
entirely FREE: we will support the site through advertising.

The first issue has stories on a very hot twin cam VL Commodore Turbo, EFI
V8 XR Falcon, Vortech supercharged Holden Ute, a turbo Mazda RX4 and a Saab
Turbo. Tech stories include cool air induction, swapping injectors, Japanese
engine head swaps, and a story on suspension struts. Special features
include a product test of the Powerchip Icon programmable ignition computer,
a test of ULX100 oil, and a feature on the amazing sport of Truck Racing.
(And there's another 8 more stories as well!)

In news there's a host of products being released right now which are very
exciting - you can read about them 8-10 weeks before the paper magazines run
stories!

So go to www.autoweb.com.au and register your interest now. We'll email you
when the first issue is available.

Julian Edgar
Editor, AutoSpeed
