Hi Don,
      The book is by Span-On and is called GM Prom Cross Reference Index and
mine is a 93 version form # ZMT2500-2993-2,,,and they do have a newer one..I
think its 2995-2,,,,,any Snap-Off dealer should be able to get it for you....
