fuel module

Basic function of fuel module (AKA hot fuel handling module) is to keep
fuel flowing for up to twenty seconds after engine is shut off to
prevent excessive boiling in the fuel lines.  There's a good chance that
you will never see problems without the module, but maybe during the
right conditions you'll have longer crank times.  I think there may be
long term benefits to including the module.
