 would be more elegant to use a 4046 PLL chip with a divide by 2 (JK flip
flop) in the feedback loop. I think this may be shown in the 4046 app notes.

Speaking of which is there a Good URL for someone that has lots
of application notes?.    Seems like doing anything involves 3
catalogs, and going URL to URL to find notes, or is that the way it
is?.
