The intake air temperature has a very small affect on fuel delivery. 
Here's a table (from a different ECM) used to calculate the injector
pulse width:

200 135 108  92  80  71  63  56  50  44  37  31  24  16   6  -8 -43 degC
165,165,165,165,165,165,165,165,165,165,165,165,165,166,167,170,175

As you can see, there is almost no difference across normal
temperatures.  Only in that Illinois town a few nights ago would there
be a difference.
