As you add more posi additive, the co-eff of friction goes down. A
breakaway torque test would indicate a lower ft/lb reading. Therefor, a
minimal amount of additive is reccomended. In a lot of plate-type LSDs if
you add enough to eliminate clutch chatter on sharp, low speed turns you
have reduced the breakaway torque to nothing. This pacifies the old guys
who are noise sensitive...
