Highest I've seen in my limited exposure was 8500 for a brief spell in a
semi-hot (although using factory parts) SBC 350, in a '51 Studebaker
pickup. What is attainable with factory (i.e., pink or similar) rods,
crank, etc and typical aftermarket top end goodies?
