I believe (And could be wrong...) it was somewhere between 135 and 140.
(Speed limiter was set to 255).
I drove a 96 caprice for a month and it only had the 4300 V8... I had it up
to 125 and it was still pulling on flat ground, so the LT1 would have been
a bit higher.
