if this could be tricked into a 4 bank systemn by twaeking the code
you could have

bank 1 idle & low speed running
bank 2 high speed & power running
bank 3 water injection system
bank 4 alternate fuel (alcohol / nitrometh) system and boost enrichment

I can see a 50 psi boost 4 cly that idels like a kitten and makes
1000 hp here
or a batch fired v8 that makes 2500 hp and can be used for a grocery getter
