Honda Vtec ECU

Hi,
     I saw a spot on the board for a 27256 to be mounted and I heard from 
someone that there needs to be a jumper placed on the board so it doesn't 
look at the factory one but thats as far as I went.....hth's

 	Is there anybody out there who can help me to reprogram the ECU's
 found on 1992 onwards Honda Civic EG6 1.6 Vtec. Codes are either P30-G00 
 or P30-000.
