There was a rumor on IATN web forum that EPA was going to
require all manuf. post there codes on the web to provide the
ability for independent techs. to service and reprogram. Proposed
ruling this summer. The Clean Air Act does require mauf. to release
all diagnostic data, which currently the bare minimum in manuals.
