v8 block thread cleaning

After hot-tanking and jet washing, all threads are re-tapped, blown clean
and where needed, sealer is reapplied to bolt threads at "torque" up time.
Hope this helps...if this is just at valve job time, to risk
non-contamination, I'd just clean all bolts and apply sealer to the threads
again. SnapOn does make a handy air powered vacuum cleaner !!
