Bosch LSM-11

Can anyone point me in the right direction for information about the Bosch
LSM-11 sensor. I am looking for response curves for is over temperature and
AFR.

I haven't been able to find much about it, only some example points on the
graphs... Some contradicting each other.

Does anyone have any bosch papers on this sensor?

BTW how are the EGOR comming along?
Has anyone got their modules up and running?
