gif/jpg from protel schematic?

I think you can get a pdf in the following way.  Use
ControlPanel->Printers to install a new "local" printer.  Pick a printer
that takes plain postscript "AppleWriter II NT" will work, I think. 
Pick the "FILE" device.  Now print your schematic on that printer and
find the file that it created.  Use ps2pdf from the ghostscript package
to convert it to a pdf.  I can't try this right now because I don't have
the dang win98 disk handy to install the new printer driver.  Let me
know if this works or if you find another solution, as I will need to do
this in the future.

Of course, Gar's way of doing it is easier and better if you can get
PDFWriter for free.  I think PDF is a better route than gif/bmp/jpg, but
you can always to a screen or window capture to get a pure graphics
format.
