Adobe pdf writer can be downloaded with this link:
ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobatpdfwriter/win/3.x/pwnt303e.exe

It is  Acrobat PDF Writer 3.03 for Windows NT 4.0 - U.S. English, the only
platform mentioned. A Acrobat 3 serial # will be needed to install it. I
guess that astalavista.box.sk will help you find a serial, if you have
misplaced yours ;)
