I'd guess that these are the AMP 'Junior Timer' or 'Junior Power Timer'
range - either 5-way or 7-way connector, pins in the module are 2.8mm x
0.8mm, pitch approx. 5mm??
If this is so, the female terminals in the vehicle harness connector will
have one of two styles: if the terminal is split to give it effectively 4
leafs, it is a 'Junior Timer', if the terminal has just 2 leafs, it is
'Junior Power Timer'.
The AMP site is a bit of a fight (now under the Tyco banner), but here are a

Although the JT and JPT range will both mate with the modules, the terminals
are not interchangeable between the two housings of the different types.
